I’m excited to share that Exposition Review has nominated my poem “Little Sisters of the Poor” for a Pushcart Prize! It’s my first time being nominated, and I’m so grateful to Editors-in-Chief Lauren Gorski and Jessica June Rowe for taking a chance on my work and finding it an audience. Congrats to all of the nominees.
My poem”1989” is live in Open: Journal of Arts and Letters alongside beautiful artwork by Raymond Parry.
Guest editor James Pate has selected my poem "Tercets for Remembering a Dream" to appear in Burning House Press's exploration of the theme of liminal spaces! You can find my attempts to navigate dreamspace at https://burninghousepress.com/2018/06/19/tercets-for-remembering-a-dream-by-jessica-beyer/.
